A ROOM IN PARIS- THE PERFECT PLACE TO STAY FOR A PARISIAN WEEKEND AWAY

Paris is a fabulous city full of amazing architecture, museums, incredible food and wine and of course shopping. The main predicament when planning a trip to Paris is finding a place to stay where you can get a unique experience in a good location, without blowing all your spending money on just accommodation.

A Room in Paris is a Bed and Breakfast run by Peet and Thierry, ticking all the boxes for a perfect place to stay. The great thing about it is that it is the owners’ apartment, so it has a really personal touch and you feel entirely welcome staying in their home. The rooms are very grand, clean and tastefully furnished, (you would find nothing like them in a bog- standard hotel). Unfortunately, it is not in the best area but it is close to the Gare du Nord and other metro stations so it is really simple to reach all the sites.

The breakfast is delicious, with the owners making their own bread, croissants and jams.  Peet and Thierry are also so helpful when it comes to giving you advice on what to see and how to see it in Paris. They even gave us a free bottle of wine for no reason on our first night!

By far the best thing about a Room in Paris is the price– it is €72.50 a night based on two people sharing and including breakfast, so you get hotel standard accommodation and more for a bargain price! Any money saved on hotel costs can simply be added to the Chanel handbag fund! Find out more at aroominparis.com
