With MAC realeasing a new collection every five minutes its easy to become overwhelmed with the crazy hype that surrounds all the new products. However, a little mini collection has snuck in behind all the huge new releases and is set to be a big hit this summer. The ‘Tres Cheek’ collection is a minuscule collection of just 6 blushes, all of them with a pink or orange base.

This makes them the perfect addition to a summer make up bag no doubt heightening their popularity. The colours consist of Pink Tea a ‘neutral beige pink’, Immortal Flower a ‘bright peach’, Full of Joy a ‘lavender’, Lovecloud a ‘bright mid-tone pink’, Modern Mandarin a ‘red-orange’ and finally Peony Petal a ‘bright blue pink’. Each blush is a satin finish, giving a perfect subtle sheen for the summer months.

What makes this collection so special is the lack of gimmicky packaging and promotion, its really focusing on product quality and desirability instead. This may make it easy to overlook but the collection has already been a huge success in the US and is set to do the same in the UK. Tres Cheek hit the MAC website a couple of days ago and will be in store shortly.

At the regular MAC blush price of £17.50 you really can’t go wrong. MAC always seem to get it right and Tres Cheek is no exception. Six shades tailor made to the shades women really go crazy for in the summer months (coral anyone)? My advice – get them before they’re gone!
